The business problem and approach

Led the enhancement of user engagement in an EdTech product by leveraging GenAI. Tested multiple audio-to-text APIs to find a cost-efficient and rapid solution for audio conversion. Developed summarization algorithms for text and video content and integrated interactive features like Q&A and topic segmentation. The focus was on delivering an accessible, engaging learning experience while optimizing cost and performance.
